Tomorrow prediction of chapter is one of TDADP since it was longer than usual..and there is no third chapter today..
As the title said, does anyone know why my phone is charging and discharging by itself? It takes forever to fill up the battery..
Sorry for the noob question…
If my battery is empty I can write and translate anymore.. 😢

Maybe she’s showing her tsun side?
Lol.. That doesn’t help..
Could be anything, really… Does the battery become too hot? Have you dropped it in water or get it wet recently? How old is your phone? After a while the battery may have become dull (can’t find a better English word for it, sorry), in this case you can either get a replacement battery or carry a charger with you more often.
Alternatively, it might be a software problem if you’ve recently upgraded the iOS. In that case the next time you upgrade there will be a fix for it. If it’s too much a problem then you can do a hard reset.
If your phone is still in its insurance period, just bring it to the seller and have it looked at.
Ah, also some phones have Apps that run underground, that is, they keep running even without you doing anything, and eat up both memory space and battery resources. You might wanna delete any app that takes too much of those. In this case I’d still suggest a hard reset. But for older phones, it’s mostly the battery.
also should say what phone model your using…
Xperia z ultra.. Been using it for 3 years
nice phone….
Bought it with 2 years saving lol
XD i got myself the s3 mini one last year… not bad as a modem for my internet 😀
tho i might change it next year or smthing
btw u might wana check if battery is on the deaths door, since it has 2-3 years
It could be anything.. Sometimes it got too old.. And since I just updated the software.. The charger was fine though..
And the insurance?
Gone.. Lol it’s been used for 3 years..
My condolences.
Maybe your charger end is loose. Or maybe your battery life is just horrible
The last time. i had that problem with my phone is because either:
1. The charging socket is kinda broken so you have to position it correctly, try moving the charger head to see if it’s loose.
2. The cable has broken wire inside, try moving the wire while keeping the charger head attached to the phone, make sure the charger head doesn’t move while moving the wire. If the phone is charging and uncharging, then that’s the problem…. I learned not to trust cheap micro usb cables from that experience lol.
It could be the socket… If I tried to move it sometimes it charge sometime it isn’t
If you completely drained the phone once the battery deteriorates a lot. If this is the case it’s better to get a new battery like MAD suggested
I used to have the same problem. Mine solved by changing power cord.
Awh.. The power cord.. I’ll try..
If you can remove the battery of your phone, check if it doesn’t have any problems.
You just need to check if it’s still flat or not.
Put the battery on a table and try to make it spin. If it doesn’t, it’s (probably) good. If it does, well… you’re fuck.
Not it can’t be removed..
I personally translate on my desktop, so I don’t have battery issues. the downside is that I have zero portability and I can’t do any work when I am away from my desktop.
My problem is I only translate on phone so I could do it whenever I’m om break.. The problem is I have no laptop to do serious editing lol
Battery problem? If you can find an another battery(compatible with your phone), try using it on your phone to see if it rapidly discharge too.
>If it’s the case, it may be background running application or some court-circuit in your phone (worst case but rarely happen)
If not, try to put your battery in an another phone (similar to your’s) and see if it rapidly discharge.
>If it’s the case, the battery has a problem =.=”
If not, it’s surely the power cord.
