but it was hard to know what chapter belonged to what since you don’t categorise them and table of contents doesn’t have all the chapters

Imo, you need to improve your English grammar. From the time that you wrote “the new start” to now, there has been little improvements. For example, the run on sentences that needs to be broken up. I can tolerate misspellings and using the wrong tenses on words, but reading run on sentences that should be broken up into multiple sentences with some punctuations is just too painful to read.
