Compare those two both thinking but one with ‘ and other one with ” so the question is ‘ is for thoughts and ” is for speaking, right? So, the question is what does ” means when Grandmaster Kartion thinking to himself? So the question should it be in ” or in ‘?
Basically, ‘ for aloud and ” for out loud (a nice pun there used for explanation purpose lol)
