The title translation must be wrong. I just read all the chapters for sefiria you have translated so far and all the children in the story have aged two years since the beginning. With the notable exception of sefiria who only aged ten months acording to the title. The correct age for the lead character to fit the story should probably be two years and ten months instead.
Or one year ten months
