It’s “-sama”, look : 「オドノ様、遅いよ～」 -> “Odono-sama, you’re slow~.” 様 = sama.

I think you should keep the name of the Dryad as it. Don’t translate it, it’s a name so keep it as ‘Hisui’. It’s better than ‘Jade’.
It’s like when you named Momo ‘Peach’.
