  1. Wooh… take care and best of luck to you, dude. Did the doctor say anything about how to take the tendon out? Coz if it’s stuck there for good then you’d still be in pain even after the injury healed. And it really does take months if your fracture is big enough to do that. My advice, go for the surgery.

  2. Sight* are u sure you were running and not falling for two hours

Damn getting all that for two hours you must be doing some park core tipe of shit butt well this a great a opportunity to do some catch up and finish your update series when u are all up and max Heath u can do more chapter 😝😝 but yea hope u have a good rest see ya 👋✌️

  3. Well… If all that happened just for running, you should have gotten more calcium in your diet as a kid. Seriously speaking though, DAMN!!!!. I don’t even know how much that would hurt since I never had a bone fracture… plenty of sprains, bruises, and outright having all the skin torn off my knee when I fell of my bike.

  4. Wow, Snow you shouldn’t try to imitate Altair he is a pro after all~
But I can sympathize with you, I know it is to lumber through with a debilitating pain in your body. You are important to us, so take care of yourself ok.
I-it’s not like I care about you, ok ?
Please, take care and get well.

  5. There is something that nobody asked… why were you running 2 hours? and even more why were you running if your foot was hurt?, dont tell me that you dont know that running with an injured feet will worsen the wound, unless you were practically running for your life from some thief or thug that was on your tail.

      • i would probably recommend just walking or power-walking instead of jogging and running. walking for 30 min to and hour everyday would be enough if you watch your food intake, especially if you have a path with a nice incline. jogging and running for long period of time can cause a many complications in the feet and the legs since you are essentially continually hopping/jumping and landing with your entire weight and then some on one leg. Walking has a more gradual weight transfer from one leg to the other since one foot is in contact with the ground at all times so there is a much smaller chance of injury. I have a sister who ran cross-country for the high school team and she ended up getting shin splints and knee problems after a while and had to stop running to recover.

  6. Really sucks that it was so serious. Broke my ankle once. Just get what you need done. Waiting or trying to skip treatment to save money will only screw you up in the long run. Also kinda depends on county and insurance. Some countries offer financial aid to the needy.

  7. just by running around really ? this news discourage me to have a decent health by exercising…

by messaging i once got the same tendons twist but without fracture that just you describe hurts so much. in a proper message terapy they use a very hot balm to reduce the pain so it probably won’t be as hurt as you imagine. there’s still hot and unpleasant feeling just like before but it’s better than you think especially after it went back to nornal. i suggest you go find massage that have decent popularity on your location for treatment. it probably wont work as well as me because your fractured bones but to reduce the pain it’s worth to try.

      • You do realize that during this recovery process to your leg, there is a good chance you’ll undergo muscle atrophy and lose some significant muscle mass. My advice to you is to do some free hand leg muscle exercises like calf-raises, squats and lunges after recovery and before deciding to run again. And in my honest opinion I find it easier to lose fat by doing muscle building workouts rather than cardio.

  8. …That sounds really painful…and your pain resistance must be quite high…

Pain Resistance 6 ——> Pain Resistance 7 LEVEL UP!

  9. It’s a good thing you went and got yourself checked out. They say ignorance is bliss but all it does is cause more problems, I feel for you snow. And Corvo269 I love that novel.
