Tenth episode Hunter Guild

On the way after visiting variety of inn and tavern, our lodging has been chosen. It was kind of deserted in the afternoon but in the evening Miri said that it was quite lively. While speaking about some things, we are walking, heading into a two story large wooden building. The size is around a high school gymnasium and lots of people going in and out. I entered the building with Miri. Inside, I saw around forty to fifty people, men and women chatting although most of them are from Demi-human race like me. There are also beast tribes mixed in there.

“Well, can you give me my bag and wait here?”

I passed the bag that I carried and Miri goes into a counter carrying the bag. Will she sell the Silver mantis material? I wonder what kind of system is used to give evidence of subdue a monster. I could hear a voice in the distance.

“What can I help you?”

It was a young woman with a brunette hair. She is wearing an apron with a tight skirt and her large chest area stood out more.

“Well..”

Actually I don’t have something particular to do except waiting for Miri. I wonder if I should order some food.

“I’m sorry but I don’t know.”

She shakes her head vigorously than her highlighted chest shakes as she said: “Ah, I’m sorry. Since I was asked by Miri I forget about it.”

After that she takes out a menu and gives it to me. It was embarrassing but I couldn’t read it and have to retort to my trump card.

“So, what did you recommend?”

“Hmm.. Well..”

She then leans forward to my side and look at the menu together with me. Her face is so close. I can’t even concentrate because a little valley has been formed in between her breasts. Her cleavage is in full view.

I wonder how she know my name. maybe it was Miri who tell her.

“Well, please bring me the recommended dish Feria.”

“it will be tomato beef stew and vegetable salad is that alright?”

“Yes, please.”

After that Feria walked towards the kitchen while something is swinging and jiggling around. After a while she comes back with a glass and whispered to my ear.

“This one is my treat.”

I tasted it and it is a kind of diluted fruit juice. While waiting for my food I checked my message log.

I am nervous seeing the log. It was going up slowly because of [handsome] skill.

Although it affected beautiful woman just now but if it affects an old age woman or little girl, it will be quite a troublesome situation. If they fall in love with me, the worst solution is I have to hide my face with some kind of mask.  While thinking so, Feria comes and carried the meal.

“Please enjoy the food but be careful because it’s still hot. Or do you want me to blow on it? Fufu.”

Definitely the later option is something that called a special service. If I refused, I’m not a man right? Her eastern European appearance with brunette hair is something to die for.

“By all means, please blow on it.”

However Feria face gradually lost it’s color. What is wrong? Is that the wrong choice?

“Hii, Miss Miri, it’s a joke. Don’t make such a scary face.”

“Heh, I don’t mind it Feria. The one at fault is Kent right? But you are not completely innocent cow milk demon.”

I could feel a cold feeling on my spine. It is as if I feel a danger of my life.

“Miri, I just order a meal from Feria.”

“That’s true. I only deliver his meal. And calling me cow milk demon is terrible!”

Feria refutes while holding a tray on her hand and pressed it on to her chest. Aah, I want to be that tray.

The people who is chatting around the guild turn into silence when Miri said that.

Feria raise a crying voice as it spreads like a buzz and create big ripples in the guild. They are all directing their gaze towards me. It was a gaze full of jealousy and looking at me with mercy. Don’t, don’t look at me like that.

Feria then tries to talk.

“At least, I can be your younger sister right Kent?”

“Impossible, I’m only 15 years old.”

Although I’m actually thirty-five but 15 is my current self.

“Impossible, to know that much position at 15 years old.”

I become very embarrassed and don’t know what to say anymore. I start to eat my meal with a poker face to distract the crowd. However Feria keep pursuing on that matter.

“Miri, what do you mean by that?”

“That is amazing. He is different from what I think.”

“In the night, he is like a beast.”

I was choking when I heard their conversation. Really, for telling something like that in the public does Miri knows no shame?

“I couldn’t believe he is a beast with that face.”

“Stop!!”

Really, that was embarrassing. Once more silence fills the guild.

“Miri, that was embarrassing.”

“Aah, sorry, I didn’t mean it.”

After that Miri stands up and said to everyone.

“So, I want to tell you that Kent is my master so you can’t bully him. In particular the cow milk demon over there, hands off from him okay?”

The gaze then falls upon Feria. To be exact on her chest. It is certainly that it is tempting everyone who looked at her.

“Now, everyone disperse.”

After that, people shifted their gaze and trying to act busy. After I finished my meal, we go towards Miri house.
