Master of Dungeon chapter 30
(author note: the first arc – first dungeon & growing up is finished. With this chapter we officially entered the second arc – dungeon raider)
Varn walked slowly towards the nearest town with a guild hall. When he arrived at the town entrance, for a moment he reminisced about Bruit village. The happiest time of his life which turns into a memory now.
He know that he has to let go of his past. Right now, a man is only for himself. He will trust no one, he will help no one. He only has one aim, get strong and clear many dungeon. For that, he need to be a 「dungeon raiders」.
Master of Dungeon 29
(Author note: please don’t be surprised seeing the time jump)
Season changes but the snow around Varn’s ice palace never melted. Spring to summer, autumn to winter, five cycles have passed in a blink of an eye.
A figure of a young teenager around 12 years old can be seen. He is moving past obstacle and traps swiftly as if he was dancing. His upper body isn’t covered, showing some developed muscle but it wasn’t make his body look bulky. He lower body only covered by a simple leather pants that serve no defense purpose. Countless scars and old wound can be seen on his body, telling us about the hardships that the boy has gone trough.
Master of Dungeon chapter 28

Yesterday, Varn clearly has lost his mind. It hasn’t been known exactly when but it should be related to the 「arrow trap」. Right now Varn is resting in his room while Flora is trying to ask Mother Nature. As a mandragora, Flora is blessed with the knowledge passed down by her colleagues and taught by the nature but still she needs some help.
“Is that true?”
Flora seemed to be talking with no one but she is clearly conversing with the nature. Also she has found something unexpected judging by her reaction.
The next morning, she was already standing besides Varn’s bed.
Master of Dungeon 27
(Ps: how many of you are hungry for more Master of Dungeon, raise your hand. Finally the first dungeon is set, intruders are taken out from nearby and this time, we will enter the growth mode. The story may seem to flow slowly but I do that to make sure you understand where I will do time jump later on. Hahaha. I’m building a nice solid and firm foundation like this chapter. Read it and you will love it. Don’t worry there will be time jump later on but for now please bear with me with the small, powerless, vengeful but naïve little Varn. )
